2016 Chevy Tahoe
While the Tahoe’s trims vary in exterior and interior features, each trim is equipped with the same engine and transmission — a 5.3-liter, 355-horsepower eight-cylinder engine that is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission.
In recent years, the Tahoe has steadily increased its fuel efficiency and today’s drivers can expect about an average fuel consumption of 16 MPG city and 23 MPG highway.
The Tahoe is a great SUV for road trips and is also great for towing with a maximum trailer capacity of 8,500 pounds. While the Tahoe’s interior is fitted with excellent modern features, engineers and designers did not stop short with the SUV’s exterior features either. The roof is mounted with luggage rack side rails and running sideboards to help passengers when getting inside. The Tahoe LS rides on 18” aluminum rims and all-season tires and in case of a flat, there is a 17” spare tire.
The Tahoe LS comes with a cloth interior and buyers have the option of two interior colors, all black or tan and black. The Tahoe’s interior is noticeably roomy and comfortably seats eight passengers. Each of the three rows of seats has an individual climate control zone, to help keep passengers as comfortable as possible. Additionally, passengers get extra space with the floor console that has room for storage, cup holders and an auxiliary power outlet.

Other modern features include the remote vehicle starter system that makes it possible for the vehicle to cool down or heat up before entering the vehicle and remote keyless entry. To help drivers safely park and back out of the large SUV, there is both rear park assist and a rear camera to give drivers an extra set of eyes.
The 2016 Tahoe LS comes with Chevy’s MyLink audio system that has some of today’s most modern entertainment features. Among the MyLink features are an 8″ touch-screen display, AM/FM stereo with HD Radio, Bluetooth streaming audios, voice-activated technology for radio 20916 Chevy Tahoe interior featuresand phone, and Apple CarPlay capability. Additionally the car is loaded with five USB ports which allow multiple passengers to charge their devices at once and an auxiliary jack for audio and . In addition to these features, the 2016 Tahoe has a built in WiFi hotspot and can connect to the internet with 4G LTE speeds.
