Comfort starts with the dual-zone automatic climate control with air filtration. The tilt and telescoping steering wheel allows the driver to customize the position with the manually adjusted seats. Between the front seats is a Interior of 2016 Honda Accordcenter console armrest and storage compartment. The rear seat back folds flat to provide additional cargo space. Honda has added a slightly sleeker look to the front and rear of the new Accord LX Sedan. The 2016 Honda Accord LX Sedan is abundantly powered by a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder DOHC i-VTEC engine that produces 185-horsepower. Managing this is a standard 6-speed manual transmission or an optional Continuously Variable Automatic shift. Built into the LX are such additional features as Eco-Assist, Standard Noise Cancellation, Active Sound Control and Hill Assist. The Accord LX provides an extremely quiet ride along with maneuverability and economy.
The EPA-rated fuel economy for the 2016 Accord LX is 27 MPG city and 37 MPG highway.
A high resolution touch screen is the central control point for a number of entertainment and communication options. With Bluetooth connectivity, the driver and occupants can stream music, place and receive calls and SMS Text messages. Calls can be made hands-free using an advanced voice recognition system. Adding the automatic transmission (CVT) brings the MSRP to $22,905. Other trims that include more accessories are the Sport, Accord EX, Accord EX-L, the high-powered EX-L V6 and the fully-equipped, ultra-luxurious Accord Touring which has an MSRP starting at $34,580.
