The 2021 Nissan Armada Is Driver’s Auto Mart’s Used Car of The Week!

The 2021 Nissan Armada isn’t your average SUV. Indeed this gutsy 5-door vehicle is just as lavish as the Infiniti’s QX80 but without the lavish price. With positives like standard second-row and 3rd-row seats folding flat and an energetic powertrain, it’s no wonder why the Armada has been chosen as Driver’s Auto Mart’s Used Car of The Week!

Engine

The 2021 Nissan Armada’s 5.6-liter V8 is a lone wolf…but that’s because it has all of the power that one needs. This dauntless motor has a remarkable output of 400 horsepower with 413 lb-ft of torque. Clearly, an impressive figure for a standard engine.

A 7-speed automatic transmission transfers energy to the rear axle for the standard rear-wheel-drive (RWD) system or even both axles with models that have the optional four-wheel-drive (4WD) system.

Exterior

Known for being the largest SUV in the Nissan family, this big charmer has many fascinating elements, such as the refined grill, fenders, headlights, and hood.

The base-level S model drives on 18-inch alloy wheels. While these kicks are nice and dandy, the 20-inch wheels on the SL, as well as the 22-inch wheels on the Platinum, appear to align more with the Armada’s giant body.

Even more so, the Midnight Edition package that may be found on the Armada SL blacks out the SUV’s exterior entirely and comes with special 20-inch wheels.

Interior

Stepping inside, drivers will quickly realize that they have magnificent outward vision thanks to the large glass areas. Other magnificent features include high-quality materials, wood trim, and an overall luxury finish.

The cargo area behind the third row measures a suitable 16.5 cubic feet, expanding to 49.9 cubes with the second-row seats folded down, and then 95.4 cubes when the third row is also folded.

Standard Features

This full-size Nissan Armada SUV has four trim levels: S, SV, SL, and Platinum. The SV includes a trailer brake controller and tow hitch, a 6-speaker Bose audio system, wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, navigation, 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, NissanConnect concierge services, 4 USB ports, hands-free text messaging assistance, keyless entry/ignition, front/rear parking sensors, heated side mirrors, forward-collision mitigation with automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, and Rear Door Alert.

The Armada SL is upgraded with 20-inch alloy wheels, adds a power tailgate, has leather seats (with memory for the driver’s seat), door trim, LED fog lights, intelligent around-view monitor, remote engine start, a power liftgate, 13-speaker Bose audio system, and even more.

Finally, the top-tier Platinum trim 22-inch wheels, quilted leather heated and cooled front seats, rear heated seats, a family entertainment system (two rear screens), 3rd-row power recline and fold seats, traffic sign recognition, intelligent backup collision intervention, and an intelligent rearview mirror showing the feed from the rear-facing camera, and rain-sensing wipers.
